Love on 18th August

I started today thinking it might be one of the worst birthdays I’d ever had – for various reasons… It’s been a tough 12 months. Plus, I thought everyone didn’t want to meet up with me so I have to admit I was mildly upset (but that made me feel a bit self-centred too). But there was so much love! From my family, friends in Singapore who took photos and sent them to me (some which brought back some nice memories I’d like to replay LOL), friends and colleagues in HK who caught me COMPLETELY off guard with a lovely dinner. I had some things that were upsetting me but you know what, at the end of tonight, they really don’t matter.
