why didn’t i study this hard for my other papers?

How can you conduct an examination in a room where you can hear (muted but certainly audible) drilling upstairs, throughout the entire 3 hour paper?!! And not make sure the invigilators know where the nearest toilets are? And then not have any unlocked toilets in the whole fucking building?!
